摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革,许多医院开始加强学科建设,科研实验室的数量日益增多、规模日益壮大,在读研究生作为科研实验的主要参与者,在科研实验室不良安全事件中常常成为首要受害者,因此在加强实验室安全管理的同时,需做好研究生应急处理能力培训。而安全不良事件中,有毒气体的伤害最为隐秘、危重,因此笔者介绍近年来常见有毒气体的中毒机理、临床表现、院前处理,以期提高对有毒气体的防范以及紧急救护效果。Along with the reform of the medical system, many hospitals are engaged in the discipline construction, resulting in its research laboratories a progressive increase in number and scale of facilities. Graduate students, as the main participants of scientific experiments, often bear the brunt of adverse safety events in research laboratories. Therefore, it＇s necessary to strengthen the safety management of laboratory and to ensure that emergency management ability of graduates are well-educated. Poisoning from gas is one of the most secretive and dangerous among adverse safety events. Therefore, the author discusses the mechanism of poisoning, clinical manifestations and pre-hospital treatment commonly seen recently, with the view to improving the prevention and treatment of gas poisoning.
