元《邠州淳化县重修华岳庙并创建乐楼题名记》碑调查及相关问题考述

摘　　要：新见《元邠州淳化县重修华岳庙并创建乐楼题名记》碑记述了宋金元时期淳化县华岳庙的修建沿革及地方乡民的祈雨活动。本文基于对此碑的调查,回访淳化县"祈雨"习俗的历史变迁过程,并进一步对地方乡绅在区域文化建设中的自觉行为进行考察,认为当地知识群体秉承理学思想,以"移风易俗"为己任,自觉引导并规范普通民众的信仰活动与文化认知,其行为对地域文化的发育与传承产生了影响。The newly discovered Yuan dynasty stele ＇Binzhou Chunhua xian chongxiu huayue rniao bing chuangfian lelou timingji＇ （Stele for the reinstallation of the Huayue monastery and construction of the musical building, Chunhua County, Binzhou） records detailed information of the construction and maintenance history of the Huayue monastery and rain praying activities in the Song-yuan period Chunhua county. Based on the survey of this stele, we also revisited the customs related to ＇rain praying＇ activities and their historic development in this county. We then further discussed the conscious behaviors by the local gentries in the regional culture construction. We think the local intellectuals inherited the lixue （Song period Confucianism） ideology. Tasked with ＇yifengyi shu＇ （shifting the customs and changing the ethos）, these local intellectuals consciously guided ordinary people＇s beliefs and cultural identity and played a very important role in the development and inheritance of local culture.
