摘  要:开发一种用于玻纤增强材料各向异性测试的取样方法,测试玻纤增强材料的二维力学性能并分析其在不同温度下的分布规律,导出玻纤增强材料各个方向的真应力-应变曲线,为CAE模拟提供更好的数据源,从而推导出玻纤增强材料的本构方程。A sampling method for testing the anisotropic properties of glass fiber reinforced materials was developed, the two dimensional mechanical properties of the glass fiber reinforced materials were tested, and the distribution of the mechanical properties at different temperatures were analyzed. The real stress-strain curves of each direction of the glass fiber reinforced materials were derived to provide a better data source for CAE modeling, and thus the constitutive equation of the glass fiber reinforced materials was derived.
