摘  要:目的评价TR-Band压迫时间对桡动脉穿刺术后并发症的预防效果。方法采用系统评价的方法,制定文献检索策略、文献纳入和排除标准,分别对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对纳入的随机对照试验进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10项研究。Meta分析结果显示术后2h首次减压与2h内减压相比并不能更好地预防出血RR=0.83,95%CI(0.38,1.81),2h以后首次减压预防出血效果更好RR=2.01,95%CI(1.27,3.19),压迫持续时间6h以上也不能更好地预防出血RR=2.37,95%CI(0.93,6.06),而术后2h内首次减压对肿胀、疼痛、紫绀、桡动脉闭塞等并发症预防效果较好。结论 TR-Band压迫2h后首次减压、持续6h后完全解除压迫预防出血的效果较好,但是对于肿胀、疼痛、紫绀、桡动脉闭塞等并发症,首次减压时间控制在2h内的预防效果更好。Objective To evaluate the prevention effect of TR--Band compression time on post--operative complications after radial artery puncture. Method Literature quality is critically assessed by retrieval strategy, inclusion and exclusion criteria using system evaluation method, from which data is extracted. Make Meta analysis on randomized controlled trials included. Result 10 researches are included. Meta analysis shows that effect on hemostasis of first decompression 2h after operation is not better than effect of first decompression in 2h, RR=0. 83, 95%CI(0.38, 1.81). First decompression after 2h has better effect on hemostasis, RR=2.01,95%CI(1.27, 3.19). Compression duration of longer than 6h has no better effect on hemostasis, RR=2. 37, 95%CI(0. 93, 6, 06). First decompression in 2h has nice prevention effect on swelling, pain, cyanosis and radial artery occlusion. Conclusion First decompression after 2h and relieving compression after 6h has the best effect on hemostasis. But first decompression in 2h has better prevention effect on swelling, pain, cyanosis and ra- dial artery occlusion.
