摘  要:目的了解精神分裂症患者在社会认知交互训练中的真实心理感受。方法运用质性研究中现象学的研究方法,对15例参加社会认知交互训练的住院精神分裂症患者进行非结构式访谈,收集资料并对资料做深入分析。结果通过分析、整理、归纳,提炼出患者对社会认知交互训练心理体验的5个主题:加深了对社会认知的理解及其与疾病关系的认识,提高了对自我及他人情绪知觉的准确性,对他人想法和意图的猜测与归因更加理性,对社会交往问题的处理更加合理,训练内容易理解和易掌握。结论社会认知交互训练可以有效改善精神分裂症患者的社会认知和社会功能,是一个有效的、可行性高的干预措施,应重视社会认知交互训练在临床中的应用和研究。Objective To study the true psychological feelings of social cognition and interaction training (SCIT) for patients with schizophrenia. Method 15 patients with schizophrenia undergoing SCIT receive unstructured interview by phenomenological research approach of qualitative research. Collect the information and analyze it. Result 5 topics of SCIT for patients with schizophrenia are epurated through analyzing, arranging and induction, which are enhanced social understand- ing and cognition on its relationship with disease, improved accuracy on emotional perception of themselves and others, more rationality on guessing and attribution on others' intention, more rationality on solving problems of social communication, better at understanding and mastering training content. Conclusion SCIT can improve social cognition and social function of patients with schizophrenia effectively, which is a effective and feasible intervention method. It's necessary to pay attention to clinical application and research on SCIT.
