摘　　要：随着外科移植技术的发展和胰岛分离纯化技术的改进,胰岛移植已成为治疗糖尿病的理想方法和手段。本文就目前胰岛移植治疗1型糖尿病的临床效果评价情况、面临的主要问题和解决方法,以及胰岛移植相关研究的进展与挑战展开述评。With the development of transplantation surgery and the improvement of islet isolation technology,islet transplantation has become the ideal method of diabetes treatment. This paper reviewed recent advances in islet transplantation research, outlined current challenges and future directions in clinical islet transplantation.
