钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年5月~2017年1月收治的128例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间奇偶数分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,观察组采用钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的骨折愈合优良率为93.8%,高于对照组的71.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为4.7%,低于对照组的15.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用钢板螺钉内固定技术对四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者实施治疗效果显著,可促进患者骨折及早愈合,且安全性高,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application value of internal fixation of steel plate screw in the treatment of traumatic fracture of limb tubular bones.Methods A total of 128 patients with traumatic fracture of limb tubular bones from May 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to the odd/even admission sequence,they were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation of closed reduction interlocking intramedullary nail,the observation group was treated with internal fix- ation of steel plate screw.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 93.8%,which was higher than 71.9% in the control group,with signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05）.The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.7%,which was lower than 15.6% in the control group,with significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of steel plate screw as an internal fixation in the treatment of fractures of limb tubular bones can obtain a remarkable effect.It can facilitate the early healing of fractures in high safety and have a high clinical value for promotion.
