疏肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁情绪患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁情绪患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月~2017年1月我院门诊收治的96例功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁患者作为研究对象,按照入院单双号将所选患者随机分成对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合使用疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、焦虑抑郁评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊联合西药治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁患者其临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied with anxiety and depression.Methods From September 2014 to January 2017,96 functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression treated in the outpatient of our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the odd or even sequence of visiting hospital,they were evenly divided into control group （n=48） and observation group （n=48） in random.In the control group,Western medicine was used,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,Shugan Jieyu Capsules was combined.The clinical effect,scores of anxiety and depression and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results In the observation group,the total clinical efficacy was 95.83%,which was much higher than that in the control group （83.33%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After therapy,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than before therapy,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Sbugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied with anxiety and depression can obtain a remarkable effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
