摘 要:将工厂批量制备的层状氢氧化镁铝(LDH)500℃焙烧活化后,与聚醚砜(PES)共混成型制备LDH/PES复合膜吸附材料,利用BET、SEM、XRD等方法表征膜结构,测试其机械性能,并分析了复合膜对水溶液中Br^-的吸附性能和机理。结果表明,LDH质量分数为15%的复合膜机械性能和吸附性能最佳。复合膜对Br^-的吸附量受LDH质量分数、初始pH、反应时间、反应温度的影响。Br^-在焙烧层状氢氧化镁铝及其复合膜上的吸附是通过离子交换和LDH的结构"记忆效应"来实现的。25℃下,Br^-在复合膜上的吸附符合Freundlich线性吸附等温模型和伪二阶动力学模型。复合膜吸附Br^-的最佳条件为:Br^-溶液初始质量浓度130 mg/L,初始pH=7,反应时间10 h,反应温度25℃。After layered double hydroxides(LDH) from the factory batch preparation were calcined under 500 ℃,they blended with poly(ether sulfone)(PES) to prepare composite membrane adsorbing materials.The composite membranes were characterized by BET,SEM,XRD and mechanical properties test.Moreover,the adsorption performance and mechanism of composite membrane were analyzed.The results showed that the composite membrane containing 15%(by mass fraction) of LDH exhibited the best mechanical and adsorption properties.The content of LDH,initial pH of solution,contact time and temperature affected the adsorption performance of composite membrane for Br^-.The adsorption processes of bron calcined layered double hydroxides and composite membrane were realized by ion exchange and the memory effect of LDH.At 25 ℃,the adsorption was well fitted by the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model and the adsorption kinetics could be well described by the pseudo-second order kinetics model.The optimum adsorption performance was obtained at the initial concentration of solution 130 mg/L,initial pH 7,at 25 ℃ for 10 h.
