米非司酮联合MTX在异位妊娠保守治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析米非司酮联合MTX在异位妊娠保守治疗中的疗效。方法选择2015年7月~2017年2月异位妊娠患者60例为研究对象,并随机分组为常规组与联合组。常规组采用单纯米非司酮治疗,联合组则用米非司酮联合MTX治疗。比较两组临床疗效;腹部疼痛消失时间、出血停止时间、超声检查和血β-hCG正常时间;干预前后患者血Β-HCG、妊娠包块直径。结果联合组临床疗效高于常规组,P<0.05;联合组腹部疼痛消失时间、出血停止时间、超声检查和血β-hCG正常时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组血β-HCG、妊娠包块直径相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时联合组血β-HCG、妊娠包块直径优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合MTX在异位妊娠保守治疗中的疗效确切,可有效改善患者病情,改善血β-HCG、缩小妊娠包块,促进临床症状消失,值得推广。Objective To analyze the ef？ cacy of mifepristone combined with MTX in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Between July 2015 and February 2017 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object, and randomly divided into routine group and combination group. The routine group were treated by mifepristone alone, combined group were treated with mifepristone combined with MTX treatment. Compared the clinical ef？ cacy of the two groups; abdominal pain disappeared time, bleeding stop time, ultrasound and blood beta -hCG in normal time; before and after the intervention of blood beta -HCG, pregnancy bag piece diameter.Results The clinical ef cacy of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group, P〈0.05; combined group abdominal pain disappeared time, bleeding time, ultrasound and blood beta -hCG normal time is shorter than the conventional group, the difference was statistically signi cant （P〈0.05）; the two groups before the intervention of serum beta -HCG, pregnancy bag piece of similar diameter, the difference was not statistically signi？ cant （P〉0.05）; discharge combined group blood beta -HCG, pregnancy mass diameter is better than the conventional group, the difference was statistically signi cant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with MTX in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effective, can effectively improve the patient’s condition, improve blood beta -HCG, reduce pregnancy package, and promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms, it is worth promoting.
