摘  要:病毒是一种危害人类健康的病原体,具有复制性、感染性、传染性等特点,能够引发多种疾病。因此,研制安全有效的抗病毒药物非常必要。口服递送是最方便的给药方式,具有费用少、重现性和依从性好、非侵入性等优点。然而,抗病毒药物多存在口感不佳、在胃肠道中不稳定、水溶性低等问题。解决策略包括掩味技术、提高胃液中的稳定性、提高药物的溶解和溶出、克服黏膜屏障促进吸收、延长体内滞留时间等。当然,上述新型解决策略也可能带来不良反应、毒性问题、影响活性以及成本问题。相信随着技术的不断发展,会有更多新技术能够实现抗病毒药物口服递送在临床上的应用。Virus is a kind of pathogen with characterics of eplication,infectious,contagious and is a hazard to human health. Therefore,the development of safe and effective antiviral drugs is necessary. Oral delivery is the most convenient administration way,which has the advantages of low cost,good reproducibility and compliance,non-invasion and so on. However,many antiviral drugs show poor taste,poor instability in the gastrointestinal tract and low solubility in water. To solve these problems,technologies including masking taste,improving drug stability in gastrointestinal tract,improving vitro dissolution,promoting absorption and prolonging in vivo retention time were applied in recent years. Although the novel technologies can also bring adverse effects,toxicity problems,activity contributions and cost problems,it is believed that more and more novel strategies would be adopted with the technology development in the future.
