低蛋白血症对伏立康唑影响的研究进展

摘　　要：伏立康唑是抗真菌的重要药物之一,因其特殊的非线性药动学特性和较多的药物相互作用,在使用时有必要监测血药浓度。伏立康唑蛋白结合率较高,人体血浆蛋白水平降低可使血浆中游离伏立康唑浓度增加,体内过程发生变化,导致疗效不稳定,且不良反应增加。对于低蛋白血症患者,监测游离药物谷浓度也很有必要。Voriconazole was one of the most important antifungal drugs. Because of its special nonlinear pharmacokinetic properties and more drug interactions,it is necessary to monitor the blood concentrations when use it. Voriconazole had a high protein binding rate,the reduce of human plasma protein levels can increase the free voriconazole concentration in plasma,and the process changes in vivo,resulting in unstable efficacy and increase of adverse reactions. It was also very necessary to monitor the concentrations of free drug in patients with hypoproteinemia.
