摘  要:目的:研究蛇床子素对APP/PS1双转基因阿尔茨海默病(AD)小鼠的治疗作用。方法:将6月龄的雄性APP/PS1双转基因小鼠随机分为模型组与蛇床子素组,同月龄的雄性C57BL/6小鼠作为阴性对照组;水迷宫法检测各组小鼠的学习记忆能力;HE及尼氏染色法检测小鼠脑组织病理损伤情况;免疫荧光组织化学法检测各组小鼠脑组织中Aβ蛋白的表达。结果:与模型组相比,蛇床子素组可以改善AD小鼠的学习记忆能力,减轻小鼠脑组织病理损伤,降低小鼠脑组织内Aβ蛋白表达。结论:蛇床子素对APP/PS1小鼠具有一定的治疗作用,其可以减轻脑内病理损伤,提高小鼠的学习与记忆能力,可能与降低Aβ表达有关。Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of osthole on APP/PS1 double transgenic mouse model of AD. Methods: the six months old APP/PS1 double transgenic male mice were randomly divided into model group and osthole group,with the same months old C57 BL/6 male mice as negative control group; after six weeks,the ability of learning and memory of mice were detected by Morris water maze; HE and Nissl staining in mouse brain injury; the expression of Aβ protein in mice brain was detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Results:compared with the model group,the osthole group could improve the learning and memory ability of APP/PS1 mice,reduce the pathological damage of brain tissue,and downregulate the expression of Aβ protein in brain tissue of mice. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of osthole on APP/PS1 double transgenic mice,it reduce the brain pathological injury and improve the ability of learning and memory in mice,which may be related to the expression decrease of Aβ.
