摘 要:为了研究铝含量对铝-聚四氟乙烯(Al-PTFE)反应材料准静态压缩力学响应和反应特性的影响,通过特定的冷压和烧结工艺,制备了4种不同Al含量的Al-PTFE试件,并进行准静态压缩试验。结果表明,铝含量影响材料的力学响应和失效模式,进而影响材料的反应特性;含有16 wt%Al的试件部分反应,26 wt%Al的试件完全反应,36 wt%Al和46 wt%Al的试件未发生反应;在反应的两类试件中观察到张开型裂纹和剪切裂纹,而在未反应的试件中仅观察到剪切裂纹。To investigate the effect of Al content on the mechanical response and reaction property of Al-PTFE reactive material under quasi-static compression, four kinds of Al-PTFE samples with different Al contents were fabricated, and the quasi-static compression were conducted. Test results show that the aluminum content affects the mechanical response and failure mode, and then affects the reaction characteristics of the material. Specimens containing 16 wt% Al were partially reacted, and 26 wt% Al specimens reacted fully, while 36 wt% Al and 46 wt% Al specimens did not react. Opening cracks and shear cracks were found in the two types of reacted samples, while only shear cracks were observed in the unreacted samples.
