思想政治教育视域下大学生职业道德教育培养研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,这是对高等教育办学方向与内在灵魂的规定。思想政治教育是实现素质教育的根本保证,对高校的素质教育具有极强的导向作用,是高等学校素质教育工作的重要内容,其中最首要的任务就是道德规范教育,同时也包含了职业道德教育。作为高校思想政治教育的重要任务,职业道德教育有利于促进学生的全面发展和社会的进步。General secretary Xi Jinping in the ideological and political work conference stressed the need to adhere to the moral education as the central link, this is the provision of higher education direction and inner soul. The ideological and political education is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of quality education, quality education in Colleges and universities plays a strong guiding role, is an important content of quality education in Colleges and universities, among which the most important is the task of moral education, but also contains the occupation moral education. As an important task of University Ideological and political education, occupation moral education is beneficial to promote students＇ all-round development and social progress, this paper discusses the relationship between the ideological and political education and occupation moral education, and improve the training measures of occupation moral quality of College students.
