都市老年人养老问题研究——以广州市为例

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市老年人的生活状况和养老问题,为政府和相关部门解决城市人口老龄化问题提供决策参考和依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,采用自行设计的量表,调查老年人的生活状况和养老需求。结果:广州老年人的生活质量整体较好,但同时存在家庭养老功能弱化、长期照顾和护理问题突出、养老服务队伍短缺、养老产业发展滞后等问题。结论:应从构建社区居家养老服务体系、建立长期护理保险制度、加强养老服务人才队伍建设以及推动养老产业发展等方面不断完善和提高,积极应对人口老龄化的社会问题,促进我国老年事业的发展。Objective: By mastering the living conditions and pension problems for the aged people in Guangzhou to provide solutions for government and relevant departments so as to cope with the population aging in urban areas. Methods: Questionnaires and self-made scales were adopted to survey the living conditions of the aged people in Guangzhou and their pension needs. Result:The quality of life of the aged people in Guangzhou is good in general, but some problems still existed, such as the gradual attenuating function of home-based care service, severe problems of long-term caring and nursing for the aged, the shortage of service team for the elderly and backward development for old-age industries. Conclusion: We should improve the construction of the old-age service system in communities and households, establish long-term nursing security system, strengthen the building of talents team for the old-age service and promote the development of the old-age industries, so as to cope with positively the social issues brought by population aging and enhance the development of the old-age industries.
