成人斜视患者人格特征与其生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨成人斜视患者生活质量与其人格特征的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2014年1月至2015年6月就诊于某三甲医院的成人斜视患者218例为研究对象。采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表和成人斜视患者生活质量量表进行调查。结果成人斜视患者生活质量得分总分为(65.65±15.5)分,其中身心社会维度为(64.05±17.62)分、生理功能维度为(67.25±17.27)分,整体生活质量较差;艾森克人格问卷结果显示,成人斜视患者在精神质和神经质维度上明显高于国内常模,内外向性和掩饰性维度上明显低于国家常模;成人斜视患者身心社会维度得分与人格的精神质维度得分呈负相关,与内外向维度的得分呈正相关,而功能维度的得分与内外倾向维度的得分呈正相关,与神经质维度的得分呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论成人斜视患者总的生活质量较差,与其人格特征有着密切的联系,护理人员应有针对性地帮助成人斜视患者采用有效的应对措施,以降低负性情绪的影响,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and personality characteristics of adult strabismus patients.Methods By using convenience sampling method,218 adult strabismus patients were investigated with Eysenck personality questionnaire and quality of life of adult strabismus patients.Results The total score of quality of life of adult strabismus patients was(65.65±15.5)points,body and mind social dimensions was(64.05 ±17.62)points,physiological function dimension was(67.25±17.27)points,the general quality of life was poor.Eysenck personality questionnaire results showed that adult strabismus patients in the psychoticism and neuroticism dimensions were significantly higher than the national norm,extraversion and masked property were significantly lower than the national norm.The mental and social dimensions of adult strabismus patients were negatively correlated with the psychoticism dimensions,and positively correlated with the scores of the internal and external dimensions.The score of functional dimension was positively related to the score of internal and external orientation,and negatively correlated with the score of the neurotic dimension(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adult strabismus patients survival quality is poor,and it is closely related to personality characteristics,nursing staff should targeted to help strabismus patients to use effective measures to reduce the negative effects of emotion,so as to improve the quality of life.
