摘　　要：与传统的乡土社会相比,当前农村社会的纠纷变得复杂与多样化,与之相对应的纠纷解决机制也呈现出多元化的趋势。如何建立一个功能互补、程序衔接的以诉讼为基础、各种纠纷解决方式共同发挥作用的多元化纠纷解决机制,是解决具体农村纠纷,最终构建法治农村的重要课题。为此,着眼实际,针对目前农村纠纷多元化解决机制面临的困境,采取原理阐释的方法揭示原因,为农村纠纷解决机制的多元化构建提供学理建议。Compared with the traditional rural society,the disputes of current social rural become complex and diverse,and at the same time the dispute settlement mechanism also presents the trend of diversification.How to set up a diversified dispute settlement mechanism which based on the lawsuits and contain a variety of dispute settlement methods treated with functional complement,procedural connection,mutual support and combined action is the important project to address the specific rural disputes and finally build the rule of law in the countryside.Therefore,we should focus on reality,reveal the reason by explaining theories and supplying academic advice for diversifying the settlement mechanism of rural disputes.
