摘 要:双向LLC谐振型直流变压器因其高效率、高功率密度的优点而广泛应用于直流微电网的稳定运行之中,然而在投入和起动过程中会产生很大的冲击电流,影响直流微电网的稳定运行。在分析冲击电流产生原因的基础上,针对直流变压器的投入和起动过程分别提出了相应的控制策略:串电阻投入和移相角控制软起动。在直流变压器投入系统时,借助起动电阻抑制冲击电流;在直流变压器起动过程中,通过控制移相角按照既定函数变化来抑制冲击电流。最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果表明,所提软起动策略有效地减少了冲击电流,提高了直流微电网的可靠性和稳定性。Bidirectional LLC resonant DC transformer is widely applied to the study on the stability of DC micro-grid operation because of its high efficiency and high power density. While the large surge current in the process of access and start damages the stability of the micro-grid operation. This paper,based on the analysis of the surge current,proposed the corresponding control strategies in view of the access and start of DC transformer: access depend on the starting resistance and the soft start based on the phase-shifting angle control. When the DC transformer is putted into the system,the surge current is suppressed because of the existence of the starting resistance. In the starting process of DC transformer itself,a phase-shifting angle is controlled in accordance with a given function to suppress the surge current. Finally,the simulation model was built up based on MATLAB/Simulink platform. The simulation results show that the proposed soft start strategy effectivy suppresses the surge current and improves the reliability and stability of DC micro-grid.
