摘  要:农业用水是新疆水资源的最大用户,自压管道输水因其输水利用系数高、使用年限长等优点作为高效节水灌溉技术在新疆应用广泛。针对现状管网后期运行管理经验缺乏、运行管理不到位的突出问题,已严重影响灌区管网系统的安全有效运行,以自压输水管网在新疆伊犁河南岸干渠20干管试运行中存在的水质、过滤系统、运行管理等方面的问题进行分析,通过改变疏导洪水方式、增设拦污网、修建沉沙池、合理配置过滤器和强化运行管理等措施解决管网运行管理阶段出现的严峻问题,通过探索和总结设计、运行管理方面的经验,为自压输水管网的建设打下基础,为新疆类似灌溉工程提供借鉴。Agricultural water is the largest water resources user in Xinjiang. Self-pressurized pipeline water transportation has been widely used in Xinjiang as an efficient water-saving irrigation technology because of its high-efficiency utilization and long service life. In view of the lack of experience and the poor management, the safety and effective operation of irrigation network system has been seriously affected. This paper analyzed the problems of 20 main pipelines during trial running, including water quality, filtration system and operation management. This paper trended to solve the problems by changing dredging measure, adding barrier net, building desilting basin, allocating filters, improving operation management and so on. By exploring and summarizing the experience of design and operation management, it laid the foundation for construction of self-pressurized water pipeline network and it provided references for similar irrigation projects in Xinjiang.
