原发性肾小球肾炎患者的肾脏弹性模量与正常健康人的差异

摘　　要：目的研究原发性肾小球肾炎患者的肾脏弹性模量与正常健康人的差异。方法选择200例原发性肾小球肾炎患者作为观察组,同时选择50例健康体检者为对照组。使用实时剪切波弹性成像技术检测观察组和对照组的肾脏弹性模量。结果同一组中不同年龄和性别的整体杨氏模量差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),观察组青少年、中老年、男性和女性的整体杨氏模量均大于对照组(均P<0.05);对照组左与右肾整体杨氏模量、肾实质、肾皮质及肾髓质杨氏模量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组左右肾间的整体杨氏模量、肾实质、肾皮质及肾髓质杨氏模量差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组左右肾的肾实质、肾皮质以及肾髓质杨氏模量均大于对照组左右肾的肾实质、肾皮质以及肾髓质杨氏模量(均P<0.05)。结论原发性肾小球肾炎患者的弹性模量与正常健康人存在差异,且差异不受年龄、性别及部位等因素的影响,仅与是否出现肾脏病变有关。Objective To explore the dilBFerence of renal elastic modulus between patients with primary glomerul-onephritis and normal healthy subjects. Methods Two hundred patients with primary glomerulonephritis were se- lected as the observation group, and 50 healthy subjects were chosen as the control group.The renal modulus of elas-ticity in the observation group and the control group were detected by real-time shear wave elastography. Results There were no significant diiferences in the Young＇s modulus between the male and the female among the same group （allP 〉 0.05）.The Young＇s modulus of the young, middle- aged, old, male and female in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ allP 〈 0.05）. There were no significant dijfferences in overall Yo-ung＇s modulus, renal parenchyma, renal cortex and renal medulla Young＇s modulus between the left and right kidney in the control group （all P 〉 0.05）, and there were also no significant differences in overall Youngs modulus, renal parenchyma, renal cortex and renal medulla Young＇s modulus between the left and right kidney in the observation gro-up （all P 〉 0.05）. Young＇s modulus of renal parenchyma, renal cortex and renal medulla of the left and right kidneys in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group （allP 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The modulus of elasticity in patients with primary glomerulonephritis is different from that in nonnal subjects, and the dif-ference is not afifected by the location and other factors, but only related to the occurrence of renal lesions.
