摘　　要：通过招标采购图书是高校图书馆选择图书供应商的主要途径,传统的图书供应商选择方法不仅不科学,而且评价图书供应商的指标体系不完善。基于系统分析的思想,建立了选择图书供应商的层次结构模型。采用层次分析法(AHP),计算参加竞标的图书供应商的权重。根据权重来选择图书供应商,并对结果的一致性进行检验。结果表明,该层次结构模型构造合理。该方法将定性分析与定量分析相结合,具有一定的实用价值。It is the main way for university library to select book suppliers through books bidding. Traditional method to select book suppliers is not only unscientific but also has imperfect index system for evaluating book suppliers. Based on the thought of system analysis, a hierarchical model was established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP ） to calculate the weight of book suppliers participating in the bidding, selecting the book supplier according to the weight and checking the consistency of the results. The results showed what this model was reasonable, and combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, which had certain practical value.
