应用型本科高校商科实验室建设的探索

摘　　要：在国家引导和推动部分普通本科院校向应用型转型的大背景下,实验室建设成为高校转型发展的重要内容之一。与工科类实验室相比,商科类实验室建设相对落后,面临诸多问题。本文分析了商科类实验室的类型、投入、管理等方面的现状和特点,讨论了商科实验室建设面临的资金投入不足、实验室利用率低、师资队伍不足等问题及问题产生的原因,提出了建设实验室实训中心的解决思路,通过中心建设解决商科实验室建设面临的问题,并对中心的建设方式、管理方式、师资队伍建设等提出了具体的建议。Laboratory construction has become one of the important contents for the transformation and development of colleges and universities in the background of the country＇s guidance and promotion on transforming some ordinary undergraduate colleges to application-oriented colleges. Compared with the engineering laboratory, business laboratory construction is relatively backward, facing many problems. This paper analyzed the current situation and characteristics about the types, investment and management o干 business laboratories, and discussed the problems such as insufficient capital investment, low laboratory utilization, lack of teachers and so on, and then analyzed the reasons for those problems, and proposed the solutions to construct experimental training center, and finally gave the suggestions on the methods o干 center construction, laboratory management, teaching team construction.
