摘　　要：采油A厂拥有柱塞式注水泵站78座,安装泵和泵撬320台(套),注水泵操作标准作业程序规定,注水泵在启动时,首先要人工现场盘泵,待泵启动后,使泵空载运转至注水额定转速后,操作员工应根据分水器压力,现场逐渐关小高压回流阀门调节注水压力。现场操作环境压力高,安全隐患大,且节流损失的压力大,节流能耗浪费严重,设备维修费用高。因此,试验注水泵带压启动稳压运行,可避免启动时泄压造成能量浪费,减少对回流阀损害,降低操作人员进入高压注水区域风险,同时实现自动稳压注水,保持注水压力稳定,确保了鼠笼电机在低频工作时温升正常。Oil production factory A has plunger type water injection pump station 78,installation of pumps and pump with 320 units（sets）.The injection pump operation standard operating procedures,injection pumps at start up,the first thing to artificial disc pump,to pump starts,no-load running to the rated speed,water injection pump operation staff should,according to the manifold pressurefield gradually down high pressure backflow valve adjusting water injection pressure.Site operation environment pressure is high,the potential safety hazard,and the throttling loss of pressure,throttle serious energy waste,high cost of equipment maintenance.Therefore,test injection pump with pressure start-up voltage operation,can avoid the leakage of the start up cause energy waste,reduce the damage to backflow,reduce the risk of operator into high pressure water injection area.At the same time to realize automatic voltage regulator with water,maintain water injection pressure stability,ensure the squirrel-cage motor in low frequency work at normal temperature.
