摘　　要：文章从楼梯间前室或合用前室机械排烟的设置方式及普通诊室、病房的空调系统两个方面入手,对台湾与大陆医院建筑暖通空调设计进行了比较分析,并结合大陆现行规范及实际,提出了对这两个问题的解决及改进方法。The article compares the HVAC system design between Taiwan hospitals and mainland hospitals from staircase compartment or combined with anterior interventricular mechanical smoke exhaust system and the air conditioning system for the general clinic and ward. Combined with the current specification of mainland and the actual conditions, the solution to these two problems and improvement methods are proposed.
