他汀类治疗多囊卵巢综合症的研究进展

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的,与代谢异常有关的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病,其主要特征为不孕、排卵障碍、月经稀发、雄激素过多、卵巢多囊样改变等,还会伴发胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、系统炎症、氧化应激等,继而引起脂代谢异常、心血管疾病。近年来发现PCOS患者应用他汀类药物降脂治疗效果明显,远期可以有效的预防心血管疾病的发病率,并且还发现他汀类药物有降低体内雄激素的作用,所以他汀类药物治疗PCOS患者有很大的潜力。现就国内外这一方面的研究做一综述。Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is most common in women of childbearing age,and metabolic abnormalities of reproductive endocrine disorder disease.Its main feature for infertility,ovulation disorders,oligomenorrhea,hyperandrogenism,polycystic ovarian changes,also with islet insulin resistance,obesity,systemic infammation,oxidative stress,followed by abnormal lipid metabolism,cardiovascular disease.In recent years found that PCOS patients with statin drugs lipid-lowering therapy efect is obvious,the long-term can efectively prevent cardiovascular disease incidence,and also found that statins reduce the role of androgens,so the statin drugs for PC OS patients have great potential,and now the research on this aspect at home and abroad to do a review.
