摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理模式对代谢综合征患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年7月-2016年5月至商丘市第一人民医院进行治疗的代谢综合征患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组在治疗期间行常规护理,研究组实施综合性护理模式。评价两组护理效果。结果护理后,对照组我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)及生存质量测定量表(QOL)评分均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理模式的实施对代谢综合征患者自我效能水平的提高及生活质量的改善均有显著意义。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing model on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Fifty patients with metabolic syndrome who were treated from July 2015 to May 2016 in Shangqiu First People ‘s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was routinely treated during treatment, and the study group implemented a comprehensive nursing model. Evaluation of two groups of nursing effects. Results After nursing, the control group（ESCA） and the quality of life（QOL） score were lower than those in the study group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing model has significant effect on the improvement of self-efficacy and improvement of quality of life in patients with metabolic syndrome.
