探讨性激素用于治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨性激素用于治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效。方法选择我院收治的青春期功能性子宫出血患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,观察组另给予苯甲酸雌二醇肌注治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组出血控制时间和完全止血时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为78.4%和94.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率分别为8.1%和10.8%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯甲酸雌二醇治疗青春期功能性子宫出血效果显著,止血时间短,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of treating pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with sex hormone. Methods Choosed 74 cases of pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding to divide into study group and controlled group. The controlled group were treated with routine nursing, the study group were treated with estradiol benzoate muscle infection. Compared the effect of these two groups. Results The bleeding controlled time and bleeding time completely of study group was shorter than controlled group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of controlled group and study group were 78.4% and 94.6%（P〈0.05）. And the incidence of adverse effects was 8.1% and 10.8%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with sex hormone is effective with short hemostasis time.
