摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理干预在腹式大子宫切除术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年12月～2017年4月在本院行大子宫切除术的22例病例资料。22例均采用个性化的综合护理干预措施:术前进行个性化的全面评估,有针对性的进行健康宣教及心理干预,充分细致的术前全面准备,深呼吸、咳痰、排尿、盆底功能等训练;术后重点做好疼痛护理、下肢深静脉血栓预防、膀胱及盆底功能康复训练及出院前指导。结果所有患者未出现严重并发症,患者对护理结果的满意度较高。结论对腹式大子宫切除术患者实施个性化的综合护理干预,可获得较为满意的护理效果。Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention on abdominal large uterus hysterectomy. Methods From December 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital, the data of 22 patients with abdominal large uterus hysterectomy underwent comprehensive nursing intervention were analyzed retrospectively. All the 22 patients were treated with individualized preoperative comprehensive assessment, targeted health education and psychological intervention. A thorough and comprehensive preoperative preparation was given to them such as deep breathing, expectoration, urination, pelvic floor function training.Postoperative pain nursings were focus on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, the bladder and pelvic floor rehabilitation training and guidance before discharge. results There were no severe complications in all patients, and the patients were satisfied with the nursing outcome. conclusion Individualized comprehensive nursing intervention for abdominal large uterus hysterectomy can achieve satisfactory results.
