经方医药治疗体质相关性复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)与中医体质的相关性,观察经方医药治疗体质相关性复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病临床疗效差异。方法通过按照王琦中医体质分类与判定表填写调查问卷表的形式对RVVC患者体质进行分类,寻找RVVC体质分布规律;辨证论治以对比经方医药对体质相关性RVVC患者疗效差异。结果 RVVC发病与体质相关,痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质为主要发病体质。辨证论治经方医药对RVVC具有很好的防治作用,气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、气郁质、血淤质、痰湿质、湿热质各组间疗效,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与平和质、特禀质单独采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗疗效对照对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证论治经方医药可有效防治RVVC。Objective To investigate the correlation between recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC) and traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution,Observation of prescription medicine for the treatment of the physical relationship between recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis clinical curative effect.Methods The constitution of RVVC patients was classified according to Wang Qi's constitution classification and decision table,Finding the distribution law of RVVC constitution; In contrast to classical prescription medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment effect on the physical correlation between RVVC patients with different. Results RVVC is related to constitution, Phlegm dampness constitution, damp heat constitution and qi stagnation constitution are the main pathogenic constitutions. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation Prescription medicine has good preventive and therapeutic effects on RVVC. Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm dampness and dampness heat, There was no significant difference in the efficacy between groups(P>0.05) Gentleness, the intrinsic quality of individual treatment by Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules, There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05). Conclusion Treatment based on syndrome differentiation by Prescription medicine can effectively cure RVVC.
