摘 要:超声波多普勒流量计属于新型流量仪表,适用对含有固体微粒或气泡的液相流体流速的测量。但由于其多普勒频移难以捕捉,所以多普勒法的测量精度比时差法测量精度低。因此,对超声波多普勒流量计的研究,尤其对多普勒频移信号的提取及处理计算是十分必要的。文中基于多普勒流速测量原理,通过回波的平均频率算法研究,并用傅里叶变换方法辨识混叠噪声污染的多普勒信号频率和多普勒频移。MATLAB仿真结果显示有用频率的获取可靠、准确,也为多相流体测量非平稳信号的测量奠定了基础。Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter is a novel type flow meter. Measuring the fluid flow rate suitable liquid contained solid particles and air bubbles. However,due to the Doppler shift is difficult to capture,so the measurement accuracy of the Doppler method is lower than the transit-time method. Therefore,study on the ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter,especially for extraction and processing calculations of the Doppler shift signal is necessary. This paper based on the principle of Doppler velocity measurement,by studying the average frequency algorithm echo,Doppler frequency and Doppler frequency aliasing noise pollution shift and identification of Fourier transform method. The MATLAB simulation results show: the useful frequency obtained is reliable,accurate,and also laid the foundation for the measurement of multiphase flow and measurement of non-stationary signals.
