B超显示甲状腺内钙化对乳头状甲状腺癌的临床诊断探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨B超显示甲状腺内钙化对乳头甲状腺癌诊断的临床应用价值,总结临床经验。方法择取过去一年（2015年6月-2016年6月）在我院超声科接受诊断检查的110例甲状腺癌患者进行回顾分析。对所有研究对象均行彩色超声检查,对其乳头甲状腺癌的钙化差异情况进行对比分析,并同每位患者癌细胞组织病理检查结果相对比,进而判断B超检查在显示甲状腺内钙化方面对乳头甲状腺癌诊断的临床效果。结果B超检查发现,110例甲状腺癌患者中,甲状腺良性病变患者59例,恶性病变患者51例。在所有恶性甲状腺病变患者中,粗大钙化患者20例、微小钙化患者31例。同时,在29例乳头状甲状腺癌中微小患者钙化患者27例、粗大钙化患者2例,同其他甲状腺癌相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳头状甲状腺癌B超下同其他甲状腺癌甲状腺内钙化情况具有明显差异,据此可有效诊断甲状腺乳头状癌的发生,准确率高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The past year （2015.6 016.6） in our hospital ultrasound of 110 cases of thyroid cancer patients were selected and retrospectively analyzed.All subjects underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination, a comparative analysis of their differences calcified papillary thyroid cancer cases and cancer compared with histopathological examination of each patient outcomes, and then judge B ultrasonic examination in the thyroid gland calcification aspects of nipple show Diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer.Results B-ultrasound found that 110 cases of thyroid cancer patients, 59 patients with benign thyroid lesions, 51 patients with malignant lesions. In all patients with malignant thyroid lesions, 20 cases of severe calcification, micro calcification in patients with 31 cases. At the same time, 29 cases of papillary thyroid cancer patients with calcification in patients with micro calcification in 27 cases, severe calcification in patients with 2 cases, compared with other thyroid cancer has significant difference,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are significant differences in thyroid calcification in papillary thyroid carcinoma, which can be used in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
