护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤护理中应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年8月-2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗的70例子宫肌瘤患者为观察对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,均35例。比较两组患者护理效果和护理满意度。结果观察组有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的65.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度为94.26%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤护理中具有显著效果,有效的提高了护理质量及临床治疗效果,促进疾病康复,临床应用价值高,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in nursing of uterine fibroids. Methods 70 cases of uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects, and 35 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. The nursing outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.26%, which was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （77.14%, P 〈0.05）, and the difference was signifcant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The continuous improvement of nursing quality has signifcant effect in nursing of uterine fbroids, which can effectively improve the quality of care and clinical treatment, promote disease rehabilitation, high clinical value and worth popularization.
