多囊卵巢综合征病患流产病因与治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是临床上育龄期女性的一种多发排卵障碍性疾病,主要与内分泌异常有关。临床症状主要表现为胰岛素抵抗、雄激素分泌过多以及持续性的不排卵。随着医学水平的不断发展,人们对多囊卵巢综合症的发病原因以治疗机制等有了更为全面的了解和分析。本文特对多囊卵巢综合症患者流产的原因和治疗方式进行综述。Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is a kind of multiple ovulation disorders in women of reproductive age.It is mainly related to endocrine disorders.The main symptoms of clinical symptoms were insulin resistance,excessive androgen secretion and persistent ovulation.With the continuous development of medical science,people have a more comprehensive understanding and analysis of the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome.In this paper,the reasons and treatment methods of abortion in women with polycystic ovaiy syndrome were reviewed.
