摘　　要：目的本次主要对臭氧液用于阴道炎患者临床治疗的总有效率分析进行探究。方法选取我站2014年5月~2016年5月收治并已确诊的阴道炎患者144例,依照治疗方式的不同将其平均分为两组,其中采取常规冲洗治疗的患者为常规组,而实施臭氧液治疗的患者则为试验组,对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果试验组治疗总疗效95.8%,高于常规组的73.6%,不良反应发生率常规组高于试验组,P<0.05。结论阴道炎患者临床治疗中应用臭氧液治疗的效果确切,不仅能提高患者治疗的效果,还可降低不良反应的发生机率。Objective This is mainly to explore the total effective rate of ozone liquid in the treatment of vaginitis patients.Methods I selected 144 of the vaginitis patients from May 2014 to May 2016 and confirmed cases, according to the different treatment, divided into two groups, which take the conventional irrigation treatment of patients in routine group, and the implementation of ozone liquid treated patients as the experimental group, a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with treatment effect.Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%, which was higher than that of the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the conventional group than in the experimental group,P0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of ozone therapy in the treatment of vaginitis patients is accurate, not only can improve the treatment effect, but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
