米非司酮联合中药桃红四物汤治疗产后组织残留的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合中药桃红四物汤治疗产后组织残留的疗效。方法选取我院2014年4月~2015年9月收治的产后彩超提示组织残留患者122例作为研究对象,随即分为对照组及治疗组,各61例。对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组常规治疗基础上给予米非司酮联合中药桃红四物汤治疗,治疗2周后,观察两组患者腹痛、彩超复查组织残留情况及产后阴道流血停止时间。结果 2周后,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合中药桃红四物汤治疗产后组织残留疗效显著,并且可以明显改善产后腹痛及缩短产后阴道流血时间。Objective To observe the curative effect of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine Siwu Decoction in the treatment of postpartum tissue residues.Methods From April 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital,122 cases of patients with residual color Doppler ultrasound were divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 61 cases.The control group received routine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment given mifepristone combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction,2 weeks after treatment,observe two groups of patients with abdominal pain,tissue Doppler ultrasound residue and postpartum vaginal bleeding stop time.Results After 2 weeks, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine Siwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of postpartum residual tissue, and can significantly improve postpartum pain and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after delivery.
