腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床价值。方法选取2014年6月~2016年2月我院诊治的子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者125例作为研究对象,将其随机其分为观察组63例与对照组62例,对照组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者在手术治疗基础上再联合孕三烯酮药物治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗总有效率和妊娠率。结果观察组治疗总有效率、妊娠率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位合并不孕症效果良好,值得推广。Objective To study the laparoscopic combined drug clinical value for the treatment of endometriosis with infertility.Methods Collected from June 2014 to February 2016 during the diagnosis and treatment of 125 examples of intrauterine membrane infertility endometriosis merger as the research object,based on the digital random table method divided into observation group（63 cases）and control group（62 cases）and control group given laparoscopic surgery,observation group of patients in the surgical treatment to pregnant three ketene drug treatment,observation compared two groups total effective rate and pregnancy rate of patient care.Results The observation group were signi？cantly higher than the control group total effective rate and pregnancy rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic combined drug therapy endometriosis with infertility effect is good, is worth promoting.
