摘  要:妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus GDM)通常在怀孕期间以葡萄糖耐量降低的形式发病或被确诊。大量研究表明,妊娠期女性患GDM的发病率在3%~7%^([1])。GDM主要是因为胰腺β-细胞产生的胰岛素至葡萄糖耐受力减低。GDM的β细胞缺陷原因主要包括自身免疫性疾病、单基因遗传和胰岛素抵抗。脂肪因子是脂肪细胞分泌的具有代谢功能的蛋白质。脂肪因子主要包括脂联素,瘦素,视黄醇结合蛋白-4(retinol binding protein-4 RBP-4)和内脂素。Gestational diabetes mellitus is a complication during pregnancy and is usually diagnosed in the form of reduced glucose tolerance during pregnancy. A large number of studies have shown that the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in 3%~7%[1]. Gestational diabetes mellitus is mainly due to pancreatic beta cells produced by insulin can not meet the needs of the body. The available evidence suggests that the causes of beta cell defects in gestational diabetes mainly including autoimmune diseases, single gene inheritance and insulin resistance . Fatty factors are proteins secreted by adipocytes that thought to have metabolic functions. Fat factors mainly include adiponectin, leptin, retinol binding protein-4 (RBP-4) and visfatin.
