复方玄驹胶囊联合优思明治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome PCOS)中西医治疗效果好,复方玄驹胶囊配合优思明及氯米酚可以显著改善激素水平,提高排卵率及妊娠率。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月来我院就诊的106例PCOS患者的临床资料进行对照研究。按随机数字表法将他们分为对照组和治疗组,其中53例给予优思明口服,每日一次,每次一片,21天为一个周期。治疗4个周期后,于月经来潮第3~5天开始服用氯米芬,50MG,1次/天,连用5天,做为对照组,治疗组全程联用复方玄驹胶囊。结果两组预处理后促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone LH),LH/FSH(f0llicle-stimulating hormone),睾酮(testostrone T)显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。氯米芬治疗4个月后,治疗组的排卵率,妊娠率分别为87%,50%,高于对照组70%,30%(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊能够更好改善激素水平,提高排卵率及妊娠率。Objective The treatment of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in PCOS is remarkable ,it can improve the hormonal readiness,enhance ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Methods We selected 106 cases ofpolycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）treated by our hospital from Jan.2015 to Dec 2016.According to the diferenttreatmentmethod,wedividedthesecasesintotwogroupsoftreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,allpatientstookonepillofYasminperday,onecycleis21days.afterfourcycles,takeclomiphenein3-5dayofmenstruation,onepillperdaywithaperiodof5days.whileinthetreatmentgroupaddcompoundXuanjucapsule.Results After treatment,thelevelofLH,LH/FSHandTinbothgroupshadimprovedsignifcantly,andthetreatmentgroupwasmuchbetterthanthecontrolgroup,thediferencewasstatisticallysignifcant（P〈0.05）.after four months with the treatment of clomiphene,the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate of treatment group is 87%,50%,the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate of control group is 70%,30%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion CompoundXuanjucapsulehassignifcantlyclinicalefcacy,itisworthapplyingclinically.
