纳米CeO2催化鲁米诺化学发光法检测羟苯磺酸钙的研究

摘　　要：在碱性条件下,CeO_2纳米粒子对鲁米诺-H_2O_2化学发光体系有很强的催化增敏作用,而羟苯磺酸钙的加入可线性抑制这一体系化学发光信号。基于此,在最佳实验条件下,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定羟苯磺酸钙的新方法,并对其可能的发光机理进行了探讨。测定羟苯磺酸钙的线性范围为1.0×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)~5.0×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1),相关系数R^2为0.9954,检出限(3σ)为3.0×10^(-8) mol·L-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.46%(1.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1)羟苯磺酸钙溶液,n=11)。该方法用于尿液中羟苯磺酸钙的含量测定,回收率为96.7%~98.0%,结果令人满意。It was found that CeO_2 nanoparticles could enhance the chemiluminescence(CL)of luminol-H2 O_2 system under the alkaline condition.The CL of CeO_2-luminol-H_2O_2 system is strongly restrain in the presence of calcium dobesilate.Based on this experimental phenomenon,a new method was developed for determining calcium dobesilate.The experimental conditions were optimized by flow-injection method.The possible mechanism was alsodiscussed.Under the optimal condition,the relative CL was linearly proportional to concentration of calcium dobesilate in the range of 1.0×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)~5.0×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9954 and a detection limit(3σ) of 3.0×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1).The RSD(n=11)was 0.46% for 1.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1) calcium dobesilate.The proposed method was successfully to analyze calcium dobesilate inhuman urine with recoveries of 96.7%~98.0%.
