摘 要:建立了快速测定卡托普利的共振瑞利散射法,探讨了共振瑞利散射光谱特征和共存物质的影响。在弱碱性溶液中,卡托普利与维多利亚蓝B反应生成蓝色二元离子缔合物,使体系的共振瑞利散射(RRS)信号显著增强,最大RRS峰位于356nm,体系的RRS增强程度△IRRS与0.004~0.22mg·L^(-1)范围内的卡托普利的质量浓度呈线性关系,检出限为0.0035 mg·L^(-1)。方法用于药物中卡托普利的测定,回收率为99.21~102.3%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)为1.8~2.4%。A new resonance Rayleigh scattering method for the rapid determination of captopril was established. The resonance Ray-leigh scattering spectral characteristics and the effects of coexisting substances were discussed. In a weak alkaline solution,the cap-topril reacts with victoria blue B to form a blue binary ionic association complexes, which led to a distinctly enhanced resonance Rayleigh scattering( RRS) signal of system. The maximum resonance Rayleigh scattering peak was located at 356 nm. The resonance Rayleigh scattering enhance intensity A/RRSwas directly proportional to the mass concentration of captopril in the range of 0. 004 to 0. 22 mg ·L^-1 with the detection limit was 0. 0035 mg·L^-1. The method has been applied to the determination of captopril in com-mercially available captoril drugs with the values of recovery and RSD( n = 5 ) found were in the ranges of 99. 21 ?102. 3 % and 1. 8 - 2. 4% respectively.
