摘 要:采用葡萄糖为模板剂,通过水热法合成了ZnO空心球,用等体积浸渍法在氧化锌空心球上负载金属Ni,制成脱硫催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD),N_2吸附-脱附(BET),扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对催化剂进行了表征;并以正庚烷-噻吩为模型化合物,考察了其脱硫性能。结果表明氧化锌空心球具有较大的比表面积和孔体积,有利于汽油中含硫化合物的扩散和吸附。在反应温度320℃、压力1.0 MPa、进料体积空速为6h^(-1)、氢气与模拟油体积比为60的条件下,脱硫率可高达95.5%,拥有很大的工业应用价值。Zinc Oxide hollow spheres were synthesized by glucose as template,and Ni was supported on it by the method of equal volume impregnation. It was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N 2 adsorption-desorption and scanning electron microscope (SEM). And then it was used as catalyst of desulfurization. As a result the Zinc Oxide hollow spheres have large specific surface ar-ea and pore volume,which conducive to the diffusion and adsorption of sulfur compounds in gasoline, when the reaction temperature was 320 ,pressure was 1. 0 MPa,feed volume space velocity was 6 h 1 ,the ratio of oil and hydrogen was 6 0 , the desulfurizationrate can be as high as 95. 5%.
