玉屏风颗粒和脾氨肽辅助治疗小儿肺炎恢复期肺脾气虚证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒和脾氨肽辅助治疗小儿肺炎恢复期肺脾气虚证的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将120例小儿肺炎恢复期肺脾气虚证患者随机分为玉屏风组和脾氨肽组各60例,2组均给予抗生素抗感染、止咳、平喘等常规治疗,玉屏风组在此基础上给予玉屏风颗粒进行治疗,脾氨肽组在此基础上给予脾氨肽进行治疗,观察2组治疗效果及T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况。结果玉屏风组患儿面色少华、神情倦怠、自汗少食、大便稀溏、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音消失时间以及抗生素使用时间均明显短于氨胺肽组(P均<0.05);治疗后脾氨肽组CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于玉屏风组,CD8^+水平低于玉屏风组,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿肺炎恢复期肺脾气虚证临床疗效优于脾氨肽,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng granule and Spleen Aminopeptide in the chil- dren with pneumonia and syndrome of lung-spleen deficiency in recovery stage and effect on T-lymphocyte subsets. Methods 120 patients with pneumonia and syndrome of lung-spleen deficiency in recovery stage were randomly divided into Yupingfeng group and Spleen Aminopeptide group, 60 cases in each group. Bot groups were treated with normal therapy such as antibiotic for infection, antitussive and antiasthmatic, additionally Yupingfeng group and Spleen Aminopeptide group were added with Yupingfeng granule and Spleen Aminopeptide respectively. The curative effects and the changes of T lymphocyte subgroup were observed in both groups. Results The disappearing time of cough phlegm, lusterless complexion, tireness, spontaneous perspiration, loss of appetite, loose stool, lung rale and antibiotic use time in Yupingfeng group were significantly shorter than those in the Spleen Aminopeptide group（P 〉 0.05）. After treatment the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ were high- er, while CD8 ＋ level was lower in Spleen Aminopeptide group than that in Yupingfeng group, but the differences were not sig- nificant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Yupingfeng granule has bet- ter curative effect on child pneumonia with syndrome of lung-spleen deficiency in recovery stage than Spleen Aminopeptide group, it is worth of popularization and application in clinic.
