昆山市居民卫生服务需要与利用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析昆山市居民的卫生服务需要与利用情况,为该市及其他发达县域卫生政策制定提供参考依据。方法:采用立意抽样法选取调查对象,运用自行设计的调查表调查居民卫生服务需要和利用情况,应用SPSS21.0对数据进行描述性分析和单因素卡方分析。结果:昆山市居民两周患病率为37.8%,两周就诊率为9.3%,不同户籍所在地、区镇、年龄及收入水平之间的患病率和就诊率差异均有显著性;一年住院率为9.2%,不同性别和年龄组之间住院率差异具有显著性。结论:居民卫生服务利用水平较高,卫生服务需要总量较大,慢性病患病情况较严重,大量外来人口带来的健康问题不容忽视。Objective： To analyze the health services requirements and utilization status of Kunshan residents and provide ref- erence and experience on policy making to Kunshan and other developed counties. Methods： Purposed sampling was used to choose respondents and self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate relevant conditions. Descriptive and chi square analysis were conducted to analyze data by SSPS21.0. Results： Two-week prevalence rate was 37.8%, and two-week visiting rate was 9.3%. Different household registers, areas, ages and income levels had significant differences between prevalence rate and visiting rate. The rate of one-year hospitalization was 9.2%. There were significant differences in hospitalization rates between different genders and age groups. Conclusion： The utilization level of residents＇ health services was higher, the total amount of health service needs was larger, and the prevalence of chronic diseases was serious. The health problems caused by large number of migrant population could not be ignored.
