摘 要:目的:探索临床医师和医院管理者面对医师多点执业对医院有何影响这一问题的态度差异。方法:采用问卷调查获得数据,运用描述统计、方差分析等方法分析问卷结果。结果:临床医师与医院管理者在医师多点执业是否会使医院法律纠纷增多、管理工作难度上升、科研能力下降、品牌特色下降、运营成本提高5个问题上态度差异明显;而在多点执业是否会缩小公立医院与民营医院医疗实力差距的问题上表现出几乎一致的赞同态度。结论:医院管理者比临床医师更关注因推行医师多点执业所导致的法律纠纷增加、管理工作难度上升、科研能力下降、品牌特色下降等问题,这些顾虑对推进医师多点执业政策及相关研究工作提出了更高要求。Objective: To explore the attitude differences of clinicians and hospital managers when they are in the face of the question of how multi-site physician practice influencing the hospital and the concrete reflects. Methods: Questionnaires were used to obtain the data. Descriptive statistics and analysis of variance were used to analyze the results. Results: In face of the problem that Multi-Site Physician Practice bring to the hospital such as legal disputes, management difficulties, decline in scientific re- search capacity, brand characteristics and other issues, the clinicians and hospital managers had the obvious different attitude. They were almost on the same attitude when in face of whether the multi-site physician practice will narrow the gap of the medical strength between public and private hospitals. Conclusion: Hospital managers were more concerned with the problem of legal disputes, the difficulty of management work, the decline in scientific research capacity, and the decline in brand characteristics than clinicians. These concerns put forward higher requilements ofr promoting multi-site physician practice policy and related research work.
