摘  要:云门诊是互联网与传统医疗有机结合的新型就医模式,不仅创新了慢病患者复诊的管理模式,也提高了一些外科患者的管理效率。运用SWOT分析法对云门诊的优劣势、存在的机遇与威胁进行综合分析后认为,目前应从以下几个方面加以完善:(1)制订云诊疗相关政策、制度,确保云诊疗健康和可持续发展;(2)规避潜在的风险,实现线上线下无缝联动;(3)便捷云诊疗服务操作流程,加大宣传力度。Outpatient service in cloud is a new model of medical treatment combination internet with traditional medicine. It not only innovated the management model of return visit of chronic disease, but also improved the efficiency of some surgical patients. By using SWOT analysis to comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and threats of the outpatient service in cloud, the following measures were put forward. ① To improve the policy system of cloud diagnosis and treatment ensuring the healthy and sustainable development. ② To avoid potential risks and realize seamless linkage between cloud and entity. ③ To easy the operation process and increase its publicity.
