摘  要:人工智能未来发展的要义,在于其作为一种基础设施,提供给人类普遍使用。传统的职业分工是功能性分工,而人工智能时代的到来,给现有的职业体系带来"结构性失业"和"全面性失业"的风险。在人工智能时代,趣缘合作可能成为职业分工新的模式。在未来,把程序化、标准化的工作交给人工智能来完成,这实际上给人类提供了一个前所未有的去思考人文、社会与心灵的新空间。未来的职业规划将愈发与兴趣紧密结合在一起,而终身学习和兴趣学习则成为教育革新的重点。从这个意义上讲,创新成为人工智能时代的根本要义。现有的职业体系和教育体系都需要为人工智能带来的"创造性破坏"做好准备。The essence of future development of artificial intelligence lies in its as an infrastructure to provide universal use of human beings. The traditional division of labor is a functional division of labor, and the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence has created the risk of structural unemployment and total unemployment the existing occupational system. In the era of artificial intelligence, interest cooperation may become a new model of professional division of labor. In the future, the work of programming and standardization will be completed by artificial intelligence, which in fact provides an unprecedented new space for human to think about the humanities, social and spiritual. Future career planning will be increasingly integrated with interest, while lifelong learning and interest learning will be the focus of educational innovation. In this sense, innovation has become the fundamental essence of the era of artificial intelligence. Both the existing professional system and the education system need to be prepared for the "creative destruction" caused by artificial intelligence.
