组织政治技能对人际过程的影响作用

摘　　要：个体的组织政治技能是一个多维结构,可以从三个层面进行理解:个体过程、人际过程、团体过程。本研究探讨了在中国文化背景下组织政治技能在人际之间的影响作用,研究结果显示,组织政治技能对领导成员交换关系(LMX)和同事关系质量(CRQ)都具有一定的影响作用,进而影响着个体的职业发展;印象管理对于LMX和CRQ的影响作用并不明显,印象管理在组织政治技能与人际关系质量之间的中介作用也不显著。Political skill is multi-dimensional structure. It can be comprehensive understudied at three levels： indi- vidual process, interpersonal process, group process. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of political skill and on interpersonal process in the context of Chinese culture. The results of this study suggest that Individual＇s political skill has some influence on interpersonal quality （Leader-Member exchange and Coworker Relationship Quality）, thus influences his career development; Impresses management has not influence on interpersonal quality, and the mediate effect between political skill and interpersonal quality is not significant.
