摘　　要：目的评价河南省2016年麻疹实验室运转情况。方法通过中国麻疹监测信息管理系统和河南省麻疹网络实验室,收集和分析河南省2016年麻疹实验室监测数据。结果 2016年全省报告麻疹监测病例4 018例,采集血标本3 960例(98.56%),麻疹IgM抗体检测阳性率为26.72%(1 055/3 949)。采集健康人群血标本449例,麻疹IgG抗体检测阳性率为93.99%(422/449)。未发现麻疹暴发。采集监测病例的病原学标本3 522例(87.66%),麻疹病毒核酸检测阳性率为21.73%(720/3 313)。省级麻疹实验室接收省直管县送检的病例咽拭子129份,获得麻疹病毒分离株33份;接收7个市级实验室送检的麻疹病毒分离株24份。全部病毒分离株为中国本土流行的H1a基因亚型。省级麻疹实验室通过了世界卫生组织2016年职能考核;18家市级麻疹实验室及10家省直管县麻疹实验室全部通过省级麻疹实验室组织的职能考核。结论河南省省、市、县三级麻疹实验室网络运转良好,本土麻疹H1a基因型仍持续流行,未发现输入病例。Objective To evaluate the running status of the measles laboratory network in Henan prov- ince, 2016. Methods Laboratory surveillance data were collected and analyzed through the Chinese Measles Surveillance Information Management System and the Henan Measles Laboratory Network in 2016. Results A total of 4 018 suspected measles cases were reported in 2016. Serum samples were collected from 3 960 （98.56%） suspected cases, and the positivity rate of measles IgM antibody was 26.72% （1 055/3 949）. Serum samples were collected from 449 healthy people, and the positivity rate of measles IgG antibody was 93.99% （422/449）. No measles outbreaks had been reported. Clinical specimens were collected from 3 522 cases （87.66%） , and the positivity rate of nucleic acid for measles virus was 21.73% （720/3 313 ）. The provincial measles laboratory received 129 throat swab samples from county laboratories administrated directly by the provincial laboratory, from which 33 measles viruses were isolated. Twenty-four measles viruses were isolated by 7 prefectural laboratories. All isolates were H1 a genotype, the indigenous strain circulating in China. The provincial measles laboratory passed the 2016 proficiency test by the World Health Organization. All 18 prefectural and 10 directly-administered county laboratories passed the proficiency test given by the provincial laboratory. Conclusions The mea- sles laboratory network was functional at provincial, prefectural, and county levels in Henan. The indige- nous Hla genotype of measles virus continues to circulate, with no detection of imported measles cases.
