摘　　要：目的建立成都市儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Children Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)数据运行质量评价指标体系,评价CIIMS运行情况。方法采用Delphi法、文献检索、现场调查等方法建立评价指标体系。利用现场调查、CIIMS管理平台、客户端软件及督导工具软件获取评价体系所需数据,比较分析成都市2014-2016年CIIMS评价指标的达标率和数据质量评价得分。结果建立了CIIMS组织管理、系统运行、数据质量三级24项指标体系。成都市2014-2016年CIIMS 13个指标的县达标率有显著性差异,数据质量评价得分逐年显著性提高。结论本研究CIIMS质量评价指标具有可操作性,可为免疫规划管理和政策制定提供依据。Objective To establish an indicator system for evaluating the data quality of Children Immu- nization Information Management System （CIIMS） in Chengdu and assess the implementation of CIIMS. Methods The indicator system was established by a Delphi method. Data on indicators were acquired through field investigation, CIIMS management platform, client/server systems, and an assessment soft- ware for supervision. Data were used to assess the proportion of counties meeting the requirements of indi- cators and to determine data quality scores. Results We established a system of 24 CIIMS indicators for three level units, involving organizational management, system implementation, and data quality. Signifi- cant differences were seen in the proportions of counties meeting the requirements for 13 of 24 indicators for CIIMS in Chengdu from 2014 to 2016 ; data quality scores significantly increased yearly. Conclusions The indicator system for evaluating CIIMS data quality are operational and may provide evidence for the management of immunization program and the development of policies.
